Standard JV splits are 50/50 unless otherwise agreed in writing. DC Acquisition handles transaction coordination, buyer screening, and marketing costs. Payment is issued at closing through title.

Each deal is analyzed by our acquisitions and underwriting team. We base pricing on after-repair value (ARV), repair cost estimates, comparable sales, and investor margin expectations for each market.
Offers are reviewed on a first-come, best-offer basis. We consider timing, deposit strength, and proof of funds. We do not entertain low-ball or speculative offers once inspection access is granted.
Yes. Access is provided once earnest money and proof of funds are received. Please respect our access terms and coordinate all visits through our dispo manager.

Occasionally. Some sellers are open to novations, wraps, or seller-finance structures. These opportunities are marked clearly in each listing when available.
Only with written permission. We prohibit unapproved daisy-chaining or unauthorized marketing. Violations result in permanent removal from our network.
Licensed agents must disclose agency at first contact. We typically offer 2–3% buyer-side commission, paid through title at closing. Confirm terms per deal.
All transactions close through approved Oklahoma title companies familiar with wholesale and creative structures. Buyers may request alternative title services for out-of-state closings.
